Cancellation Policy
Effective March 17th, 2025, all same-day appointment cancellations & failure to arrive will be charged 50% of your booked services. Repetitive same-day rescheduling may fall under this policy as well, based on appointment history. A card on file will be required, but not charged, in order to book. Booking acknowledges your agreement to this policy, however, full cancellation policy terms will be available on paper in person to sign, and your signed copy can be emailed upon request.
